Absolutely the best customer service

We stayed at a beautiful hotel/Airbnb in Hollywood Florida in July. The scent in the lobby was incredible and we asked the staff if we could have the name of the scent. All they knew it was Doctor Aromas. We tried 10 different sense, all lovely, but none of them were the scent from that hotel lobby. I decided to reach out to the company directly and inquire if they would be willing to share and knew the fragrance of the hotel lobby. They asked me for the name and location of the hotel and provided me with the scent in the lobby plus the scent that they use in the elevators. We ordered it right away and are completely in love. Thank you so much.

Hope must refill.

I absolutely love this product. Smells so clean. It has no harmful chemicals like burning scented candles. I am giving my daughters this for Christmas.
